Soups Page

Our bean soups are ready to eat in 30 minutes! We use only pre-cooked, dehydrated beans. The 1/2 hour cooking time is good for elevations up to 6,000 ft. For every 1000 ft. more in elevation, add about 15 minutes extra to the total cooking time.

Our recipes suggest adding meat. However, vegetarians do not despair! Forego the meat and ladle your soup over brown rice or quinoa for a hearty meal.
